Summary: Great location, beautiful, comfortable and well appointed room. The bar is small but good service. The problem that we encountered was upon checking in (an hour and a half after their posted check-in time) we were informed that - without any apology- our room was not ready and could not offer an estimate for how long it would be before it was. The young man at the front desk was inexperienced and not equipped to handle the situation. Many others were put in to the same predicament and the hotel did nothing to attempt to compensate for the severe inconvenience. We had to attend our event without the opportunity to freshen up, shower or change clothes then had to interrupt our evening following the event to actually get checked in. The hotel is actually really nice, but the service was just plain poor. Very unfortunate. I left a review on the hotel website with the same information shared here in hopes of some sort of response to address the situation but they have not.

Summary: The property is in excellent condition with an attentive and friendly staff. The location is very convenient to the stadium and the Schottenstein Center.

Summary: My sister and I stayed there for a concert and then stayed an extra night. Everyone was super friendly and our room was awesome. The cleaning staff just forgot to give us more coffee so we called the front desk. Within five minutes, it was delivered !!!!

Summary: Our check in was easy and fast. The valet and front desk were polite and extremely helpful (when checking out as well). The location is fantastic. Stadium is a 5 minute walk and everything else is within a 15 min walking distance as well. 10/10 recommend!

Summary: So my stay was great all around -- the only thing is: the free slippers that come with the bathrobe smell HORRENDOUS -- someone should unwrap a pair and see what I mean -- I immediately closed them in a trash bag. Other than that - the stay was wonderful!! i will certainly return

Summary: We were on a road trip and Columbus was a perfect stop on a our journey cross country. This was an awesome location right across from the Ohio State Stadium.
